Our employment contract requires our teachers’ full commitment of their time and service. Thus, being employed in other online English tutorial services of similar nature is strictly prohibited.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a 4-year course
Proficient in English - both written and oral
Able to speak with an American or Neutral Accent
Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching ESL online/offline (preferred)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but having experience in the industry is definitely a plus!
Stable Wired DSL or Broadband connection of at least 5mbps speed
Laptop/Desktop (Intel Core i3 and 4GB RAM)
Noise canceling (preferred) or noise-reducing headset
Be in an environment that is conducive to learning
Has a stable back-up connection (either prepaid wifi or mobile data)
Has at least 720p Cam resolution. A4tech or Logitech if available
Yes! With the current status of the country and work restrictions, Brighture offers flexibility in its work setup. However, to preserve team spirit we require our teachers to report to the office at least once a week.
As a full-time employee, the management decides the schedule to efficiently distribute the number of teachers per period.
As an independent contractor, the employee can decide their own schedule.
TEACHING
A complete class takes 50 minutes.
You can earn up to 18K monthly including incentives.
Transportation & Internet allowance: Php 2,500.00
